ICE arrests more than 25 at Live Oak Chicken Farm
April 16, 2008 – FSH has received reports of a raid at the Pilgrim’s Pride Poultry processing facility in Live Oak on Wednesday. ICE confirmed the arrests in a courtesy call to FSH Wednesday morning. FSH director Margarita Romo was told that several of the people detained in the raid would be charged with identity theft and administrative violations. FSH Advocates for Fair Immigration Reform

They got to sit in on a meeting of the House Committee on State Affairs on Tuesday.
